Sales General Conditions
The order and purchase process is only possible after creating a customer account or guest session in the online store, and the customer must follow the various sequential steps of the order process that will allow the purchase to be registered.
Payment Methods
Once the order has been completed, the purchase will be registered and, if the payment method selected is Multibanco Reference, there will be a defined period for payment of the order to be completed. After this period, if there is no payment confirmation, the order will be cancelled. Some payment methods allow the recording of the data necessary to carry out the payment transaction - namely PayPal and Credit Card (Mastercard or Visa). However, in this context, no personal data will be stored and their management must be carried out directly with the provider of the respective service.
Credit Card
Payment via credit card allows you to take advantage of the liquidity advantages and payment terms that your bank offers.
All transactions on our website are secure, and we emphasize, once again, that the data associated with the card will not be saved, in addition to its identification by the last four digits. The managing entity of this payment method is Stripe.
ATM
Payments via Multibanco can be made through the ATM network or through your Homebanking.
Once the order process is completed, an Multibanco reference will be generated. The customer will receive this reference in the order confirmation email. To make payment at an ATM, you must select the option “Payment for Services/Purchases”; and insert the corresponding entity, reference and value.
The order will be sent on the business day following payment of the order.
Warning: as the bank reference generated for payment has a limited validity, failure to verify payment within this period will result in cancellation of the order.
Delivery Process
The order shipping process will begin after confirmation of payment for the respective order.
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will be notified via email. If the customer has chosen the Registered Mail shipping method, the email will show the assigned shipping number and a link that will allow the order to be tracked on the CTT website.
Shipping information may take up to 24 hours, counted from receipt of shipment confirmation, to be updated on the carrier's website without any responsibility being attributed to Florescer.
Delivery times differ depending on the order delivery area, with a maximum limit of eight working days after order confirmation.
Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday, with the exception of local or national holidays, to the address that the customer indicates when placing the order.
Indicating an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may result in the order being returned to Florescer and generate additional costs for the customer. For this reason, it is recommended that the customer always ensure that the delivery address, indicated when registering the order, is actually correct and complete.
Once the order has been registered, it is not possible to change the billing and shipping details indicated.
