Shipping Information
Please allow up to 5 business days for us to create and ship your order.
During high volume sales, you will need to allow 7-10 business days for your order to ship.
Shipping is done via CTT via Registered Mail or Regular Mail.
If you receive a lost or damaged order, please contact the store within 7 days so we can find the best solution. We are not responsible for broken products.
All orders will be provided with tracking code if "Registered Mail" option is selected.
Packaging and Gifts
Your order will arrive very well packaged and ready to gift to someone special or even yourself! If you want your gift sent directly to the recipient, please ensure the correct delivery address is entered.
Returns and Cancellations

We do our best to include all the information necessary so customers can make an informed purchase. Most problems are easily avoided by carefully reading this information and viewing all photos.
Shipping and Lost Packages
After the packages are delivered to the carrier, responsibility is transferred to the customer. We do not provide refunds or replace items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Please ensure you provide a correct, valid and secure shipping address. We ship to the address provided at checkout and are not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed packages or delivery errors due to incorrect shipping information.
